Fabricated praise is rampant in emergency services because panicked customers rarely fact-check. So our rule is mechanical: if a quote appears on this page, it exists word-for-word on our public Google profile where you can verify it. No composites, no "J.S. from Ann Arbor," no stock-photo faces.
